The Central Element Group project won the Excellence in NSW Regions Development award at 2018 Urban Development Institute of Australia NSW Awards for Excellence.
Capri was part of Central Element’s revitalisation of the traditional prestigious Point Frederick area and was completed in December 2017.
The design incorporates 20 luxury apartments comprising a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, with all apartments above level one offering water views.
The building was conceived as three separate wings and is located within winding waterways, surrounded by lush parklands.
Capri was delivered by an award-winning development team, with White + Dickson Architects and Richard Crookes Construction as the builder.
