KATINYAS RESTAURANT RELAUNCHED

Up-market venue for relaxed dining
THE Mercure Kooindah Waters Resort restaurant Karinyas has been re-launched.

It boasts exciting new contemporary decor and stylish indoor and outdoor dining and wining spaces.

Karinyas is designed to create an affordable but decidedly up-market venue for relaxing and dining with friends.

"Kooindah Waters Resort is set to be one of the most desirable venues on the Central Coast,” a Kooindah Waters spokesman said..

Earlier this year, Karinyas was fortunate to secure the expert services of chef Steven Gleeson who has extensive experience in premium quality resorts, both in Sydney and on the Central Coast.

Steven has put his creative passion into designing a new menu that is essentially Australian but with unique and subtle Asian influence.

"With Steven's creativity, Karinyas is now offering arguably the best high tea options on the Central Coast with sweet and savory selections, each with hot and cold choices,” the spokesman said.

“While the ladies devour the high tea offerings, the men can enjoy 'Guy Teas' with a game of golf followed by beer and substantial servings of satisfying comfort food.”

"Our range of desserts is truly decadent and perfectly complements our a la carte menu. Whether you come for a three course meal or simply dessert and champagne, we aim to delight you with our exciting new menu and unique range of select wines and beverage," he said.

Stunning terrace

For those who love a delicious cocktail or two, Sunday is the day to gather at Karinyas when the bar staff show off their skills in creating exciting cocktail choices.

"Our menu and beverage options are above and beyond anything we have offered previously," a team member explained.

Karinyas is set to impress with its stunning decor and dining spaces. As well as a fresh, natural interior with private dining nooks inside, Karinyas offers a stunning terrace with beautiful high back group sofas, heaters for cooler days and a totally unrivalled scenic view of the golf course.

“It really is the perfect place to relax with friends for lunch, dinner or simply a few drinks in the afternoon," the team member said.

Great prizes will be on offer for guests visiting Karinyas throughout launch weeks including free food and beverage vouchers, high tea and guy tea vouchers and many more.

In addition, one lucky guest will win a weekend for two at the resort with breakfast, dinner and a round of golf. Visit Kooindah Waters Facebook page for more details.

Karinyas is open to the general public as well as residents, function guests and golf club members. Call 02 4355 5888 to make your reservation.
