CROWNE PLAZA'S MERIBELLA RESTAURANT

Michelin-star chef Joshua Mason comes home
CROWNE Plaza Terrigal opens Meribella Restaurant this November taking on classic dining inspired at its seaside location.

A decorated chef, Michelin-star hatted Joshua Mason, who grew up in the Central Coast, has come home after working in major dining capitals in European and United States’ cities.

Among the acclaimed Michelin-rated restaurants chef Mason has worked of late is the Atelier Crenn in San Francisco before heading home for Meribella to make a mark in the dining scene on the coast.

Taking cues from Europe’s seaside locales, Mason believes the food and beverage offerings he brings home will energise dining on the coast supported by a team of local talents.

Mason said he’s “introducing a new era of sophisticated dining to the coast’s diners, in the ambience of Meribella boasting light-filled conservatory, an ocean vista, and spacious bar with legendary cocktails and warm atmosphere for locals and visitors alike to enjoy.”

Located atop a sweeping staircase on Level 1, Meribella boasts a striking and luxurious design with high ceilings and arches, vibrant textures and restored marble features.

Terrigal’s Crowne Plaza is an old-time favourite for many Sydneysiders and regional travelers, just an hour and 20 minutes’ drive from Sydney.
